Walt Disney's Comic Album Specials #1-7 & Disney Comic Album Series #1. Donald Duck and Gyro Gearloose. The Gladstone Comic Album Special series is a collection of oversized, full-color reprints of classic Disney comic stories, most notably by legendary artists Carl Barks and Floyd Gottfredson. The series was published  the late 1980s and featured significant stories by Barks and Gottfredson. These seven issues of the series reprinted some of the most celebrated adventure stories from the golden age of Disney comics, particularly from the 1940s and 1950s.

Issue #1 (1989) reprinted Donald Duck Finds Pirate Gold by Carl Barks and Bob Karp.

Issue #2 featured Carl Barks' Uncle Scrooge and Donald Duck in The Sunken City.

Issue #3 showcased Floyd Gottfredson's Mickey Mouse at The Bar-None Ranch.

Issue #4 presented Uncle Scrooge vs. Flintheart Glomgold. By Carl Barks.

Issue #5 featured Carl Barks' Donald Duck Adventures featuring The Gilded Man.

Issue #6 included Carl Barks' "Uncle Scrooge in The Many Faces of Magica De Spell.

Issue #7 (1990) contained Floyd Gottfredson's Mickey Mouse as the Monarch of Medioka.
