Rossetti, Holman, Hunt and Millais, students at the Royal Academy, in 1834 founded the Pre-Raphaelite movement. James Harding has detailed the account of the foundation called the "Brotherhood", from its inception in 1848 to its gradual decline. It included the artists/members of the brotherhood along with their associates and followers. Some of the artists included are William Morris, John Brett, Arthur Hughes, Ford Madox Brown, Edward Burne-Jones, William Scott and William Dyce.
