What made Dell Comics in general stand out from the competition, and what made many of their superhero and adventure comics so popular were their unique painted covers. This long overdue new art book focuses on over 300 examples of his cover art and features numerous examples of Wilson's artwork scanned from the originals. It also includes his paperback book covers, such as his extensive run on Avon's The Phantom.
