Saga de Xam is a comic written by film director Jean Rollin and illustrated by Nicholas Devil. This is a rare science fiction graphic novel of Saga, the girl with the blue skin from planet Xam, illustrated in stunning psychedelic panels, with decisively political and erotic subject matter. The book tells the story of Saga, a blue alien creature from the planet Xam, sent to Earth to learn about the violence and history of humanity. There, however, she falls in love with women of different eras. The book culminates in an explosion of concrete poetry, featuring notable artists of the era, such as Julian Beck & Judith Malina, Brian Jones, and John Lennon. This large-format comic book published by Éric Losfeld in 1967, is another example of French erotic psychedelia. Pages are thick and text is in French. Out of Print. Condition: Very Good.
