Description
Book four of five of LeMonde d'Edena- Stel and Atlana arrived in Edena not long ago, but long enough to begin to disinhibit themselves from the aseptic limitations that prevented a complete relationship between man and woman from flourishing. Everything seemed ideally arranged to start from scratch, like the first couple on the planet.
However, in Edena there was already a fairly advanced civilization with religious concepts full of modesty. This society lived under the protection of La Paterna, a repressive being in whose terms, the rules of society indicated that the true human face must remain completely covered by a real big-nosed face, part of a climate-control suit worn by all members of La Paterna. ...except for the marginalized and destitute Sin-Cara.
At the time this story begins, Atlana has disappeared, kidnapped by La Paterna and later rescued by the sin-Caras. Thus, Stel has decided to undertake the search for her partner to make peace with her, unaware of the danger that this entails.
