From the Star Wars and Mandalorian character and concept artist. Featuring finished paintings, development sketches, and concept approval art for various projects including Star Wars and Boba Fett, Deadpool, Voltron and Speed Racer -- the majority is devoted to vintage Star Wars. This book was printed to promote the artwork of Lee Kohse during his 2015 tour. Lee is a new name to us, but he's not new to the George Lucas universe. He's been plugging away at movie concept art for the big boys for quite some time now. We're pleased to offer this cool little sketchbook with lots of full color work. Here's a bio in Lee's own words, from Linkedin: "As an artist and Creative Director, I have contributed art to the franchises: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Aliens, Predator, Voltron, How to Train Your Dragon, Speed Racer, and more. My art hangs in galleries around the world (New York, Beverly Hills, San Diego, London, Paris, Shanghai, Hawaii, Lebanon and more). I have illustrated comics and children's books, and create my own Intellectual Properties such as Kindergoth, and assisted producers and writers in Hollywood to create visuals, storyboards, and character for their projects to be pitched to studios or directors. My art resides in several major collections including George Lucas and the Dreier Group."
