The original source of the strips is the Chicago Tribune. Color cover. Spine may be one of several colors (purple). Little Orphan Annie followed the wide-ranging adventures of Annie, her dog Sandy and her benefactor Oliver "Daddy" Warbucks. Secondary characters include Punjab, the Asp and Mr. Am. Out of Print. Condition: Very Good Plus. Cover boards have bumped corners with creases. Edges have wear. Cover is faded. Their is some soiling front and back. There are creases in the boards. Owner "Jeanne Nelson April 7, 1929" inside. Interior pages show some soiling at the edges. Binding solid.
