Larry Ivie's Monsters and Heroes #6 from 1969 specialized in fantasy/SF art and comics by some of the top up-and-coming artists of the day, much of it by Ivie himself, and articles on monster movies, superheroes, serials and adventure movies. Ivie painted all seven of the series covers, but of special interest to Edgar Rice Burroughs fans were the back covers. Each back cover featured an alternate design for an ERB title. #6 featured an Edgar Rice Burroughs' Monsters of Mars article. Altron-Boy a fantasy comic by Ivie. A big article on the Flash Gordon serials. A feature on Al Williamson. Amateur Films and a Letters page. Out of Print. Condition: Fine. Light cover & edge wear. Lightly bumped bottom front corner. Small split near bottom spine.
