This is a comprehensive index (to 1980) with annotations by Tim Kirk. Kirk started as an illustrator for the fan press, illustrated David Gerrold's The Making of The Trouble with Tribbles and other paperbacks, winning five Hugo Awards for Best Illustrator along the way, and was a Disney Imagineer. Comes with a publisher's note and signed by George Beahm (See Gallery). Although this book is limited to 1500, it's not numbered. Out of Print. Condition: Fine. A small tear at the top of the cover extending to the first 4 pages. Minimal wear on the cover.
