This French graphic novel series, John Difool, written by Alejandro Jodorowsky and originally illustrated by Jean Giraud (Moebius), is German translated from its original French language. The set includes 1-6 which includes: Der Schwarze Incal, Der Incal Des Lichts, In Tiefsten Tiefen, In Höchsten Höhen, In Weiter Ferne, and In Nächster Nähe. 1 - Der Schwarze Incal: When John Difool, private detective Class R, is given the Incal by a half-dead monster in the air shafts of the future city, he can't yet suspect that this versatile one will come to him. 2 - Der Incal Des Lichts: Literally at the last second, John Difool is saved from the murderous tools of the Shadow Egg fanatics by his loyal friend Dipo.
