This is a comprehensive sampling of the many fields of Delessert’s endeavors, which includes book illustration, posters, animated films, and paintings. It includes essays by colleagues and critics and bibliography and exhibit listings.

Etienne Delessert’s great technical and expressive abilities make this artist one of the most eclectic and sensitive souls in the world of illustration. Over 150 works, including drawings and paintings, exhibited in the rooms of the Palazzo delle Esposizioni, will try to make known and appreciate the most significant stages of the Swiss illustrator’s varied artistic career.
