Kit includes: envelope, membership card, EC patch, certificate (original certificates were numbered and signed), & five EC Fan-Addict Bulletins #1-5 (11/53, 3/54, 6/54, 9/541 & 2/54). Not included is the EC Pin. Out of Print. Condition: Fine Plus. Envelope has small creases and wear at top opening.
