And Wood does some of his very finest work also, on both covers and stories like The Children, For Posterity, The Precious Years, The One Who Waits (with Bradbury), The Loathsome!, and the classic in-house spoof, EC Confidential!!! If I could give a recommendation higher than "Our Highest," I'd give it to this. Just amazing work by artists who loved what they were doing, and a company who was proudest of their science fiction titles. This ends the run of Weird Science, and begins the run of the combined title, when WS and Weird Fantasy came together into one title, Weird Science Fantasy for the previously unheard of price for a comic book...fifteen cents instead of a dime!
