DELIRIUS

Lone Sloane is still stuck on the planet aptly named Delirius, one of the strangest places in the galaxy. The lonely traveler is in trouble: he was struck by an erasure arrow by the fanatical monks of the Red Redemption. He is accompanied by Mali, the daughter of his friend Yearl Martian, first in his travels to the destitute underground world of Delirius then to find Yearl and Lance, Mali’s lover and then in the mission to save the inhabitants of Delirius from the spreading madness! Cartoonist and illustrator, Philippe Druillet has also been active in architecture, rock opera, painting, sculpture and digital art. He worked as a designer on the film Sorcerer directed by William Friedkin in 1976. He collaborated on Rolf Liebermann's Wagner Space Opera in the Opera de Paris in the late 70s to early 80s, and founded the Space Art Création in 1984. More recently he created the artwork and designed large parts of the background of the 2005 TV miniseries remake Les Rois maudits. Out of Print. Condition: Good. Bumped corners and edge wear.
