Out of Print. Condition: Very Good Minus. The page edges are lightly soiled, and the cover is loose from the spine. There is a bumped back bottom corner affecting several pages. The dustjacket is also lightly soiled with tiny tears along the top edge and creases from top to bottom on back cover.
