DeZuniga was the first Filipino comic book artist whose work was accepted by American publishers, paving the way for many other Filipino artists to enter the international comic book industry. Best known for his works with DC Comics, for special commisions like these he has a style not unlike Bill Sienkiewicz, incorporating fine line highly detailed work, flowing and powerful scenes.
