Description
Before the lovable Berenstain Bears became popular, Stan and Jan Berenstain were starting out their artistic careers drawing witty cartoons and magazine illustrations on the joys and foibles of parenting. This profusely illustrated and humorous volume collects the Berenstain's early work, created from 1946 until 1964, inspired by their own experience as parents in the post-war baby boom. These early cartoons were featured in McCall's magazine, The Saturday Evening Post and Collier's magazine. Out of Print. Condition: Fine Plus. Very soft spine corner bumps.
