Book of Drawings by Fred Richardson Being a Selection from Those Done For The Chicago Daily News. Richardson was an American illustrator of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, best remembered for his illustrations of works by L. Frank Baum (Queen Zixi of Ix), A Kidnapped Santa Claus & Georgene Faulkner's Christmas Stories. Includes extra prints of Dawn, From the Summer Resorts & Blowing Bubbles.   Out of Print. Condition: Very Good. All corners front & back are worn with paper lose and tears. Spine is cracked from top to bottom and missing a piece at the bottom. Extensive cover & edge wear. Tear to bottom of pages 17/18. Pages 73/74 torn out. Replaced by the prints listed above (From the Summer Resorts & Blowing Bubbles). Binding loose.
