Bonzo arrived on the scene gradually spanning several years in the early 1920s. He first appeared anonymously as "The Studdy Dog" in periodicals and postcards, named after his creator. The book is very well illustrated throughout. It includes most of the artifacts, china, toys, books and puzzles inspired by Bonzo, plus all the postcards.
