ALLEY OOP MEETS DRACULINA 1981 Dave Graue

Alley travels to the darkest heart of Transylvania where he fights vicious Turks alongside the vampire queen: Draculina! Is she friend… or fiend? Meanwhile, the hunt is on for Dinny… who is lost in the twentieth century! And...two time travelers from the far future come to the 20th century but are scheming to eliminate Wonmug and his time machine; but not on Alley's watch. Nice work!!! Collects the entire year of daily strips from 1981. Three impressive and entertaining stories that make me immediately want to take a break and start reading. It's also interesting how much Graue's work reminds me of Hamlin's here, with lots of detail and characterization. Graue of course assisted Hamlin for many years before he took over the strip when Hamlin retired. - Bud
