ALLEY OOP Book One Dinny 1932-33 V.T. Hamlin

Alley Oop and Dinny contains all of the Alley Oop strips from 1933 and earlier. V. T. Hamlin created Alley Oop in 1932, and it was given a very limited distribution by a small outfit who abruptly went out of business. Major syndicate NEA (Newspaper Enterprise Associates) picked up Alley Oop, and V. T. Hamlin started the story over from the beginning. This also contains a history of the Alley Oop strip, using high points of daily strips through the years, syndicate promotional pieces, a bio of Hamlin, and map of Moo, the country where Alley Oop lives when he's not traveling the world and through time. Watch Alley's first encounter with his beloved dinosaur Dinny, and also with best girl Oola, before she was the two-fisted, feisty, gun-toting babe she would become.
