In his travels, he gets involved in the criminal underworld, the movie business, and even becomes an ally of Pancho Villa. The idea came to Joe Kubert for the Abraham Stone Story in the early 1970s and its resurrection came about as a result of many discussions with Ervin Rustemagić, the head of Strip Art Features.
