Soon Captain America was brought back into the modern Marvel world, so Cap and Iron Man shared \u003cem\u003eTales of Suspense. \u003c\/em\u003eMarvel had a contract that restricted their monthly titles to 10-12 a month; hence the shared titles. \u003cem\u003eTales to Astonish\u003c\/em\u003e did the same with Ant-Man\/Giant-Man, and then they revived Hulk. It made for killer great stories, because Stan and the crew had just this small number of titles to work on each month.\n\nThe distributor contract expired in 1968. Suddenly Captain America got his own title, as did Iron Man and Sub-Mariner.
