Love \u003cem\u003e(Rocket's Blast). \u003c\/em\u003eBoth featured comics advertising and were created to bring fans together for the purpose of adding to their comic book collections. It also proved to be a launching pad for aspiring comic book creators, many of whom corresponded and exchanged their work through \u003ci\u003eRBCC\u003c\/i\u003e, and published work in the fanzine as amateurs. In 1964 the two fanzines merged (\u003ci\u003eThe Rocket's Blast and the Comicollector),\u003c\/i\u003e continuing with the \u003ci\u003eRocket's Blast \u003c\/i\u003enumbering\u003ci\u003e (#29). \u003c\/i\u003eWith issue \u003ci\u003e#51, \u003c\/i\u003ethe\u003ci\u003e \"and the\" \u003c\/i\u003ewas dropped and with\u003ci\u003e #58, \u003c\/i\u003ethe\u003ci\u003e \"RBCC\" \u003c\/i\u003etitle became the norm.\n\nThis set includes: \u003cem\u003e#48-5-48, #50-51 \u0026amp; Specials #7-8\u003c\/em\u003e. \u003cem\u003e#50\u003c\/em\u003e was the last \"stapled pages\" issue. \u003cem\u003eSpecial #7 \u003c\/em\u003efeature\u003cem\u003es Fighting Hero Comics.
